Visit Florida 2015 Governor’s Conference on Tourism

AVmedia had the distinction of producing the 2015 Florida Governor’s Conference on Tourism, the premier educational conference for the tourism industry. Tourism leaders from across Florida, the United States and International destinations attended the conference.
The AVmedia team provided production support all the Conference events including the Board of Directors meeting, Learning Labs, Exhibits and of course the staging for the Chairman Dinner and Awards Celebration and Keynote sessions.
The real highlight of the show (production-wise) was the spectacular 85’ curved screens. It was one of those “Wow” moments as attendees entered the room. To further create a festive environment the AVmedia lighting team design was nothing short of spectacular. The palate of colors incorporated into lighting design just brought everything to life
The acoustics of the hall posed a challenge. To circumvent this, the AVmedia team designed a series of drape baffles to manage sound and create an intimate environment. One of these features were 50’ fabric swags shooting out from the circular stage over the audience, adding a spectacular element for lighting.
As a full service creative agency, the AVmedia creative team developed all the graphics for the main screen including the Visit Florida annual marketing presentation. This included customized voice-overs, walk-in/walk-up graphics, opening video and marketing pieces. The awards graphics were stunning on the 85’ screen and included graphics for the various award recognition including the Hall of Fame, Film Florida Legend award to Burt Reynolds, and a host of marketing awards for various media campaigns promoting Florida Tourism.
