For the Visit Florida Governor’s Conference on Tourism, the AVmedia design team developed a concept incorporating a 60’ blended screen which utilized the screen as an entire image and incorporated multiple windows for various content insertion such as sponsor recognition, social media feeds, or simply as a scenic element. To heighten the awareness in the room, fiber optic curtains flanked each side of the screen.

 

Elements of the production included an address by Florida Governor Rick Scott, awards presentation and hall of fame inductions, and a performance by the Palm Beach Arts Council Symphony and Ballet Company with rap artist Vanilla Ice.

 

The AVmedia creative department developed all the show graphics, awards videos and presentation templates for the meeting. We also provided AV support for various meetings including the Visit Florida Board of Directors meeting with 50 push to talk parliamentary microphone system, projection and archival recording of the processing.
