Our client was looking for a production partner to develop a complete and unique experience for their meeting attendees. This experience needed to raise awareness of the value and breadth of their brand inside and outside of the ballroom.
We created an engaging 84’ x 20’ curved wide screen room layout and utilized projection mapping techniques to enhance scenic elements. Our creative group designed and created video, motion graphics, and content for the curved screen and enhanced the CEO’s presentation with interactive audience elements to increase engagement.
Outside the ballroom, AVmedia designed and created digital signage options to promote the brand and engaged attendees by utilizing social media technology to drive panel discussions.
